How does the course work?

I’ve had loads of requests about how the course works, so here are some more details for you!


This is an 8-week course - you can either do the full 8 weeks (recommended) or the first 4 weeks.

Fundamentally, we learn to meditate, use mindfulness and go into profound detail about how to manage anxiety and stress, build resilience and reduce negative thinking.

Minding goes a bit further than most courses by also looking at how we can cultivate feelings of bliss and equanimity during our meditation and life.

During the first 4 weeks, we focus more on getting you in the habit of meditating and how to do it - during the 2nd half, we focus more on how to manage stress and anxiety using mindfulness.

The course has different elements to it, these are: 

- Weekly Zoom calls: we choose these together either at 1 pm or 6.30 pm. If you can’t make them you can catch up via the recording.

- There is a group messaging platform (you can access it via the phone or computer) where you’ll receive personalised guidance to support you as you learn to meditate.

- There’s also my mindfulness platform - which will share daily meditations and reflections as you make your way through the process; by the end, you’ll be able to meditate on your own, and you’ll have access to the platform forever. 

You’ll start at 10 minutes of meditation per day, and will eventually go for 20 minutes. The platform lets you choose the length (10, 15 or 20 mins) so you can pick what suits you. 

- And there are many other elements that cover things like negative thinking, gratitude, autopilot, mindfulness on the go

It’s all designed to fit around modern life - we know life gets busy sometimes!
