This process is designed to be completed in 1 or 2 months - and you’ll be able to use mindfulness and meditate without any help after that. At the end of the 2 months, we have weekly meditations that you can join for free (for now).

Minding Friends Groups - you’ll participate as part of a group, and an experienced Mindfulness teacher and guide will facilitate your introduction and integration into this group.
Guided Meditations and Q & A - Each week you’ll progressively grow and deepen your mindfulness practice by discovering different practices and meditations. At the end of each practice, there will be an opportunity to explore the practice and your progress in general with an experienced Mindfulness teacher and guide.
Welcome and Orientation Spaces - Part of the process will involve different activities designed to help you get the most out of it
Practice Problems + Wins - A dedicated space to gain support and suggestions for any challenges you’re having with your practice
Sparks Share - Minding has many different activities (called ‘sparks’) that are designed to bring some of the mindfulness learnings to life. As the process unfolds, there will be an opportunity to explore your own take on each one.

Yes - we’ll send a recording after each one, so no worries if you can’t make it.

The award-winning app Minding has been built in conjunction with the community space. No need to download recordings or stream videos, all of the meditations and guidance live on your phone, making daily practice effortless.
